Gotta love the perfect weather on Sally and Jason's wedding day! Apparently, their wedding was also on the same day as Jimmy Buffet's concert across the church in Downtown Jacksonville. It was truly a laid back fun time for everyone :) We love everything from this wedding and can't wait to showcase more pictures soon and very soon, so stay tuned for their slideshow :)

Olivia & David are Engaged (and now Married)!! - Jacksonville & St. Augustine, FL Wedding Photographer

It was a beautiful day last Monday, and I had a blast photo-shooting Olivia and David's engagement session in St. Augustine, FL before they eloped in Savannah, GA this past Saturday. I wanted to wait on posting this after they got back from their elopement. Now that they are back home in Jacksonville, it's my pleasure to blog their slideshow and pictures :)

I'm in love on how this couple are so much in love with each other. I'm also in love with Olivia's hot pink dress, which she totally rocked at the session by the way :) Her son was also a part of the photo session, and he is the sweetest 5-year-old boy I know. It's a blessing that I got to photo-shoot this wonderful family!

Olivia and David, thank you for having me take your engagement pictures and CONGRATULATIONS on your wedding elopement!! Wish you all lots of love and happiness :)

I ♥ Faces “Hands-On Fun” Photo Challenge

If you've been following my blog, you know by now that I enjoy entering I Heart Faces' weekly photo challenges :) This week's focus is on the hands and the picture doesn't have to have people's faces on it. I ♥ Faces - “I Wanna Dance" Photo Challenge!

This week's photo challenge has to do with busting a move! As always, SO hard to pick just one picture especially when we got to photo-shoot Angelique and Gerry's NYC wedding where half of the guests were pro salsa-dancers and were turning up the heat on the dance floor; and also when we got to photo-shoot Liz and Eamonn's Irish wedding celebration in Boston area where it felt like watching a Riverdance show :)

Since I can't decide between those two weddings, I'm choosing this one picture of a bridesmaid "busting a move" at Megan & Dan's Florida wedding! This was completely a spontaneous "worm" dance move (notice the looks on the guests), and I'm pretty stoked that I happened to be right there at that second to capture it all on photo! :) Even if I don't win the challenge, I think this bridesmaid won the "So You Think You Can Dance" award for the year!

Fun Friday! - Jacksonville, FL Wedding Photographer

Okay, who else is super excited for the Winter Olympics Vancouver to officially start tonight?! I know I am!! I love to watch figure skating, speed skating, ski slalom, luge, bobsleigh, hockey, even curling, and of course, snowboarding!!

Do ya'll remember the drama between Nancy Kerrigan and Tonya Harding? Craziness! I also remember speed-skater, Dan Jensen, and rooting for him and now have my bet on Apolo Ohno this year!! Aah, the bobsledding--makes me think of the movie Cool Runnings all the time :) How about curling? I never understand that sport, but it's fun to watch :) Lastly, snowboarding!! Man, it's breath-taking watching the snowboarders (Shaun White, especially) so natural out there! Loving the halfpipe tricks too :)

Football season is over and baseball is not too far away, but I'm glad the Winter Olympics is here to fill in the gap for my sports-fix :)

Since I never post without pictures, here's a couple of them from my snowboarding trips. First one is a while back at Breckenridge, Colorado and the second one below is from one of my recent trips at Cataloochee Ski Area, North Carolina.

PS-I've gone skiing before, and I'm definitely not a fan, but I do appreciate the sport ;-)

I ♥ Faces - “My Story In Photos: Places I Love”

This week in I Heart Faces blog, photographers from all over share their romantic places, or simply somewhere that they love. I can name several places as our romantic spots, from Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas where Bobby and I got married, to Yosemite National Park and San Francisco for our honeymoon, to Hawaii for our summer vacation and where we played golf practically everyday, to Alaska for a 7-day cruise, and to last year's Valentine Day weekend at a bed-and-breakfast inn in Amelia Island, FL.

BUT..there's one particular theme-spot that means SO much to both of us.. that would be the Fields of Dreams :) One of our "couple's goals" is to visit all the Major League Baseball stadiums in America (and some parts of Canada). Crazy goal, I know, but we have the rest of our lives to do it!! :)
