Erika and David's Family Session - Jacksonville FL Family Photographer

It has been super busy around here, but I am very glad that I got the chance to meet up with Erika and David while they were visiting Jacksonville for a few days! I had the pleasure of meeting their sweet and beautiful baby girl also!  She is the sweetest thing ever, and I just wanted to snuggle and hug her. Erika and David had just arrived from Sweden, and their baby was still adjusting to the USA time zone. We tried all kinds of tricks to wake her up, but she mainly just snoozed all throughout towards the end of our session :)

Bobby and I got to visit them again later that day, and we tried to take some more shots before it got dark outside. She was full of smiles at this time, and she sure loved sticking out her tongue also :) I love her, and we are so happy for Erika and David. They are amazing parents, and we are also grateful for the lovely gift they brought from Sweden for Baby Hoffman!  They were convinced Baby H is a boy even before we had our gender reveal party :) Good call on the blue and white onesie, Erika and David! ;)

A Year Ago - Destination Wedding Photographer

Just a year ago, Bobby and I had the pleasure of photo-shooting Erika and David's beautiful wedding in Sweden. We also got to visit Uppsala and Stockholm with our sweet friends after the wedding day! It took about 4 hours or so from Gothenburg to Uppsala and that was such a fun road trip :) Bobby and I are very thankful for our dear friends to drive us around and show us how beautiful Sweden is (even if it was freezing cold at that time) ;) Some of the shots below were taken by talented Kadri Hutchins--thanks, girl! Love ya'll SO much :)

I love road trips in foreign countries!

Yes, it was very cold in Sweden when we were there last March, but we still enjoyed the scenery :)

September Art Walk - Jacksonville FL Photographer

I have to admit that I was very nervous showcasing my artwork for the Jacksonville's Monthly Art Walk in Downtown area. It was my first time ever submitting work, and I wasn't sure what the standards were...duh, of course, it's art so there shouldn't be any standards! ;) Angel Dendam organized the whole exhibit showcasing the local Filipino artists in town, and she really did a great job on putting the event together. Our artwork will also be showcased at the Filipino Pride Day at Jacksonville Landing on Sept. 25th--so go and check it out if you missed the Art Walk last week :) Besides, there will be lots of lumpia! ;)

I didn't get to stay long at the Art Walk because I already had another function to attend. I'm also going to miss the Filipino Pride Day event on the 25th due to a wedding we have, so again, please go if you can and tell me all about it :) As always, thank you so much for your love and support of my artwork!

Linda & Jonatan's Fun Session - Jacksonville FL Wedding Lifestyle Photographer

I've been super anxious to post this gorgeous couple's FUN session in my blog! Linda and Jonatan are celebrating their 5-Years Anniversary in August, and they are currently on a road trip for a month all over America... so who knows when they will get to view this blog post ;) I love everything about this session, and yes, even the fact that this was done exactly at mid-day, which most photographers will tell you that it's not the best time to photo-shoot a session. It was SO hot.. there was no breeze on the beach, the sand was burning the soles of our feet, and there weren't any clouds on sight to help alleviate us from "roasting." ;)

You may remember Linda and Jonatan from a mini-session I did with them when Bobby and I were in Gothenburg, Sweden for Erika and David's wedding :) Now thinking about it, it was freezing on that day in Gothenburg. Even with gloves and jacket on, it was still pretty cold for Linda and Jonatan... yet they managed to have fun! I gotta give props to this lovely couple!! They are both amazing, funny and so easy-going :) Nothing (and not even the crazy weathers) can dampen their days nor prevent them from still looking so fabulous on photos :) It's what I call, "real love," that truly shines amongst them, and I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I do!

We were originally going to start early that morning, but sadly, the beach was at high tide then, and of course, we won't be able to see the beautiful drift woods and trees on the shore. On a happier note, Linda was able to get her makeup done by Paulina Perez, and she looked simply stunning! Yay :)

Linda and Jonatan...wherever you guys are today, enjoy your month-long RV trip! Take lots of pictures of your adventures, and here's living vicariously through your travels :) Be safe and see ya'll again in August!!
