Kyle and Erica's Baby Announcement Session - Jacksonville FL Baby and Family Photographer

Loooove it sooo much when my past bride and groom still keep in touch with me and share their best news ever---that they are going to be parents!!! :)  I love Erica and Kyle, and it is always a treat photographing them! You may remember their Christmas session with me along with their furbabies last Fall :)  Well, Erica and Kyle are expecting, and I was beyond ecstatic for them! I'm honored that they had shared their sweet news to me, and I got to photograph their baby announcement. They shared their photos when Erica is about 12 weeks pregnant, and yay, I'm happy to finally share their good news on my blog also!  Love this sweet couple, and I just know that they are going to be amazing parents!! Now I can't wait to find out if they are having a girl or a boy. I might just be a bit biased, but I am rooting for Team Blue! It seems like 2016 is the year for baby boys ;)

Christopher and Shemekia's Engagement Session - Jacksonville FL Wedding Photographer

Love it when clients take my words to heart and pretty much give me creative control for their engagement session. We are in the age of Pinterest, and I have many other clients showing me their "pins" and asking me to recreate a similar pose. I usually try to take my own spin to it so it doesn't look like I'm copying the exact shot.  That's not the case with Christopher and Shemekia, and I had so much fun taking their photos :)

I have always loved Stockton Park, but everyone always picks Memorial Park in Riverside for photos. I was so happy to hear when Shemekia told me that they are going with Stockton Park for their location! It truly is a beautiful park :) We finish the rest of our session down the road from there at my other favorite location. Baker Point Park is currently under renovation so it's closed, but we managed to still get some fun shots :)

Shemekia was glowing with happiness, and anyone can see how in love she is with Christopher. I can also tell how much he loves her just by the way he holds her hand :) I am super excited to photograph this couple's wedding next Spring! One of my past brides, Nikita, is also her wedding planner, so I just know that this is going to be a fun wedding! :) Be sure to check out their slideshow for more photos of this lovely couple!
