Kellie's Baby Shower - Jacksonville FL Baby Photographer

My high school best friend is having a baby, and I am happy to celebrate this exciting time with her!! Kellie now lives in California with her hubby, Randy, and luckily her family is still in Jacksonville, so I still get to see her several times a year. Now that Baby Boy is going to be in the picture, she won't be traveling as much.  I'm going to miss her, and I'm glad she still made it to her baby shower here in Jacksonville especially with two months left until her due date.

Her sisters-in-law, Sam and Chelsea, helped put the shower together, and Sam had put me in charge with the entertainment and shower games! I'm happy that she did because those are things I enjoy the most at baby showers! With help from my Facebook friends, I came up with a crafting station where the guests got to decorate baby onesies and hang their "artwork" on the wall :)  We also did a Memory Game that included words that are related to "baby" (like OBGYN, breastfeeding, dirty diapers, etc.).  I used candies associated with those words as prizes.  I had another trivia game prepared, which included questions about the Mom-to-Be, but we had ran out of time. Nevertheless, we still got to play that game later that night at our best friend Lori's annual slumber party!

I also know Kellie and Randy love to travel around the world, so a globe as the well-wishes guest book for their Baby Boy is perfect. The globe matched the shower's theme color, which is Tiffany Blue! They can also use the globe as a decoration in the baby nursery if they like that.

Overall, it was a great shower! So good to see many familiar faces, and I had so much fun playing the Memory Game! :) Here are some of the photos I took at the Baby Shower, and again, I cannot express enough how happy I am for Kellie and Randy!  I already cannot wait to meet their baby boy, and I just know he is lucky to have amazing and loving parents!!
