Sam and Nick are Engaged!! - Saint Augustine FL Engagement Photographer

It had been raining hard for about three days in a row before Sam and Nick's engagement photo session. I was constantly checking the weather forecast and hoping it would at least stop raining during our early morning photo-shoot.  When I drove to St. Augustine, it was still drizzling, and by the time I arrived there and parked my car, the sun literally peeked through the clouds and started shining!  It was a great sign that I was going to have a wonderful time photographing Sam and Nick!

Indeed I did!  I felt like I have known Sam forever, and she is one of the nicest brides I have ever met!  Sam had emailed me this super sweet message when she first connected with me in regards to photographing their wedding.  It was so sweet that it warmed my heart, and I got all teary-eyed after reading it. Perhaps I should frame it as a good encouragement to read when I am feeling low and frustrated with work ;)

It was a pleasure getting to know them even better after our session.  Nick and his animated antics made the session so much fun, and I cannot wait for their wedding day later this Fall!!  I just know that Sam is going to be a beautiful bride :)
