Soucki & Rob's Laos Wedding Ceremony - Jacksonville, FL

Ever since I was in the 1st grade back in the Philippines, I have always wanted to be a National Geographic photographer. Traveling and learning about other cultures as I photograph always intrigued me. The aspiration of becoming a photojournalist for that magazine may never come true, but that also never stopped me from being passionate of what I do and embrace other cultures :)

Just two weeks ago, I had the honor to capture Soucki and Rob's Laos wedding ceremony. I showed up there not knowing what to expect, but I was definitely humbled and touched by how they celebrate marriage. I don't need my passport to learn about the Laos culture. Instead I got my own taste of culture-learning not too far away from my own backyard :)

Congratulations, Soucki & Rob!! Blessings and good karma to both of you :)

As usual, you know how to capture the moment! The colors are amazing and your eye is just fantastic. For example, the picture of the bride from behind is so beautiful in its simplicity ... you know how to capture it all! I love it!! You are a fantastic photographer!!

And, btw, never give up on your dream of being a Nat'l Geographic photographer (I still remember it!). You'll get some pics in that magazine, I know it!
