Charmaine & Ernest's Maternity Session

Exactly a week ago, I was so sad when I woke up in the morning and saw that it was super foggy outside. It was so bad that the visibility on the road was very poor. On my way to meet Charmaine & Ernest for their maternity session, I asked the Lord to provide us with good lighting and a great nature backdrop. When we started the session, we were all amazed on how the "backdrop" looked so mysterious and dreamy-like, so therefore, we continued on with the photos. God did deliver an amazing light, and almost everything was perfect...it would have been 100% perfect if there weren't any fierce blood-sucking swarm of gnats around! Must be "women gnats," since they were after Ernest like crazy. This couple is amazing, and I hereby award them for being the greatest and bravest couple ever! I truly enjoy getting to know them :)

Congratulations, Charmaine and Ernest--you guys are going to be an awesome parents, and your baby will appreciate what you guys did for these photos one day :)

I definitely like the mysterious aspect of the fog and how it added something extra to the photos.

I think that was the perfect location for the fog! In fact, I can't picture this shoot WITHOUT the fog! Beautiful!

Isn't it amazing how things work out? These are absolutely beautiful. Those driftwood trees are fantastic and the fog complements them well. Oh, and I like the ones where they're wearing their glasses the best--because they look more like that's truly them.

These are simply beautiful Cory! As always! =) I love that beach. Now I'm wishing that we would have done our family pictures there instead of at Hanna Park! Oooo, maybe just maybe when it's time for me to get married that's where we can do an e-session. Yes, yes I like that idea! Once again, I think you are amazing and I strive to be as great of a photographer as you!

I love these! I especially love the first one & the one where they are strolling on the beach not looking at the camera with a rose in her hand. I definitely think the fog was really neat. :-) Great job, girl!
