Yannis & Ho-Yin's Honeymoon Session - Orlando FL Portrait Photographer

You may be wondering what a Honeymoon Session is...well, I just made it up ;) Yannis and Ho-Yin are from Hong Kong, and they just got married a couple of weeks ago back in their country. They chose Orlando, FL for the first part of their honeymoon, and they stayed at one of my favorite Disney resorts, The Wilderness Lodge. Yannis found out about me online, and she contacted me before they left for their honeymoon in regards to a photo session at Magic Kingdom. Of course, I was up for it, and I'm glad she connected with me! I had SO much fun getting to know her and Ho-Yin!! I am also happy that they decided at the last minute to have the photo session done at Epcot instead at Magic Kingdom. Last time I did a session there was exactly four years ago, so of course, I was excited to go back to Disney's Epcot for a photo-shoot :)

We spent the whole afternoon just walking around the park and taking pictures. Yannis and Ho-Yin were so much fun to photograph, and they never stopped smiling even towards the end of our session when we were all tired! They are truly one of the sweetest couples I've ever met, and I was really sad when we had to say goodbye after the photo-shoot. They left that next morning for the second part of their honeymoon in California, and these lovebirds should be back in Hong Kong by now. I hope to remain friends with them even if the session is now over. Who knows, maybe one day I might just be back in Hong Kong, and this time it won't be for a plane layover but actually for a vacation! ;)

Be sure to check out the slideshow for more pictures!!

XOXO

Kellie & Randy are Happily in Love!

Once upon a time, there was a lovely fair maiden named Kellie who had a beautiful smile and a red hair like the sunrise. Her soul mate searching halted when the chilvarous knight, Randy, swept her off her feet and traveled around the globe together. Sounds like a fairy tale? But really, it's true! Kellie and Randy just knew that they were meant for each other at the first sight. Randy is always there to lend a helping hand and give support when Kellie needed one. They are very happy to be with each other and have traveled to many places around the world together since their first date. You can just see in their eyes that they are both romantic at heart and what other best places out there to have the engagement session done but at the "Happiest Place on Earth?"

I had a wonderful time capturing the love between Kellie and Randy at Disney's Magic Kingdom and Epcot last weekend. My dear husband was also there following us around and making sure to stop the people traffic for us to get some good shots and carrying my heavy camera equipment. Kellie and Randy--you guys rocked this photo session!! CONGRATS!

Just a little note, Kellie and Randy are getting married on 08.08.08, which is the Lucky Day in the Chinese Calendar--just like the 07.07.07 Lucky Day last year. I am in the Bridal Party so I would not be able to capture their special day, but we will see about that--I'll sneak in my camera and take some shots here and there time to time ;-)

Here are quite a few of my favorite shots!

Here's the crew at Epcot calling it a night after the fireworks (and a couple of margaritas!):
