The weather was perfect on the day Sarah and Eric had their engagement photo-shoot in
Fernandina Beach! Just days prior to our session, the first tropical storm of the year literally made its way in the area and had caused a lot of damaged. A tornado had passed and brought down a lot of trees and debris on the road. Sarah and I anxiously kept checking the weather forecast just days before our shoot to see if we needed to reschedule the session or not. Luckily, we didn't have to and God graced us with a beautiful sunshine!
I have known Sarah since college days at
Jacksonville University. Her mom was my Student Advisor at JU, and I've even gotten to know her brother, David, from working at
Kona Skatepark! Of course, I am beyond thrilled when Sarah connected with me after she got engaged :) I got to know Eric at our session, and he is such a great guy for Sarah. I can see in his eyes on how much he loves and cares for Sarah. I had a great time photographing their engagement session, and I cannot wait for their wedding next March!
