Jenny & Dan's Anniversary Photo Session - St Augustine FL Wedding Photographer

Jenny decided to "trash her wedding dress" for their second wedding anniversary! I love how she and Dan celebrated their special day by recreating the fun memories they had on their wedding day! Jenny first contacted me about a year and half ago in regards to doing a trash the dress session with me as she originally had planned on doing this for their 1-year anniversary. Sadly, the timing just didn't work out then since it was around the time they were closing on their new home :) So therefore for their second anniversary, Jenny was eager to put her dress back on for pictures! She's such a creative bride as well! She made most of the "props" that we used in the session including her bouquet and Dan's boutonniere :)

I had SO much fun photo-shooting this session! We started out at their house so they can include their adorable dogs, Scout and Gizmo, for some of the pictures :) Then we went to this potato farm near their neighborhood where Jenny found this old (and amazing) rusty truck parked in tall weeds---yeah, how cool is that?! :) We did trespass, but the owner came over to congratulate Jenny and Dan :) I think he was more excited to find a gorgeous couple running through his field and someone taking pictures of the old truck :) We finished our session in Downtown St. Augustine and went to several places that hold a special meaning for this sweet couple :)
