Happy Halloween!

Have a safe Trick-or-Treating, everyone! Not a Gators fan, but here's a toast to their win! Now, I'm off to a Halloween party, but everyone knows I'll be watching the World Series!

GO YANKEES!!

Lyndsay & Anderson's Holiday Portrait Session - Jacksonville, FL Photographer

"American Gothic" was the theme for their holiday portraits. Lyndsay is a local photographer (Pink Coffee Photoart), and Anderson is a musician at their church, Chets Creek. Hence, she is with her vintage film camera, and he is with his electric guitar. We tried a couple of shots emulating the famous painting by Grant Wood, and Lyndsay & Anderson totally rocked the look!

Then there's the blue velvet couch. I just knew it was going to be an interesting session as soon as I saw Anderson on the couch strumming his guitar right on their front yard. We caused quite a spectacle for their fairly quiet neighborhood. Neighbors came out to watch, joggers stopped by to take a peek, cars slowed down, and drivers chit-chatted for a little bit. With a gorgeous couple like them, and a beautiful couch on a manicured lawn--who wouldn't stop to watch, right?

I had so much fun and thanks, Lyndsay & Anderson, for having me shoot your holiday portraits :)

Allison & David are Married!! - Orange Park & Jacksonville FL Wedding Photographer

It was a lovely Friday night at Club Continental for Allison and David's wedding. I know that they have both been waiting for this very special day, and even the cloudy weather didn't dampen their happy moods!

You may remember Ali and Dave from their engagement session last year at Jacksonville Beach. Dave flew in the day before the session from England and was only here for a couple of weeks. Their May wedding was rescheduled for October since Dave couldn't get back to the United States on time. This allowed Ali more time to plan a lovely wedding and even exceed her own personal goal :)

Bobby and I are blessed to capture the love between them two! It was a formal yet pretty laid back wedding. Ali and Dave, thank you for having us at your wedding and congratulations to both of you!!
